ABOUT
LEBLANC &
ASSOCIATES
Headquartered in Houma, Louisiana, LeBlanc & Associates is a locally operated company specializing in the marine, commercial, and offshore markets. We provide comprehensive services across air conditioning and refrigeration, sheet metal fabrication, and galley equipment divisions. With over 30 years of experience, we have consistently met the evolving needs of these industries with innovative, reliable solutions.
HISTORY
LeBlanc & Associates began in 1986 as a small, family-owned refrigeration service company serving the commercial and marine industries with just three employees. In 1989, Mervyn LeBlanc became president, and Laurie LeBlanc took on the role of secretary/treasurer, setting the foundation for strong, lasting leadership. The company expanded globally in 2014 by joining the Heinen & Hopman group, a Netherlands-based HVAC/R network of over 25 companies, gaining access to cutting-edge resources and engineering expertise. In 2018, Dan LeBlanc—after 25 years with the company—became CEO, continuing the family legacy and driving further growth.
Today, LeBlanc & Associates employs over 85 people and operates satellite locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Washington, serving a wide range of marine sectors including yachts, naval vessels, research vessels, windfarm vessels, and cruise ships.
